Alysha Grancorvitz
Senior Dance Major & Theatre Minor
Alysha is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She chose to be apart of DHS because she loves any chance to spend more time with the Loyola dancers. She started dancing when she was three and her favorite styles of dance are jazz and modern.
Stephanie Dehoorne
Senior Anthropology Major & Dance Minor
Stephanie is from Chelsea, Michigan. She chose to be apart of DHS because she believes in the mission of DHS and she loves to explore dance opportunities and volunteer her time in community spaces. She started dancing when she was three. A fun fact about Stephanie is that she hopes to attend medical school to become an OBGYN.
Hannah Hinnerman
Senior Dance & Psychology Double Major
Hannah is from Denver Colorado. She joined DHS because she was really drawn to the ability to connect dance and service. She started dancing when she was three with ballet and tap. Since then she has studied jazz, hip-hop, ballroom, modern and contemporary dance. A fun fact about Hannah is that one of her favorite tv shows is a Turkish soap opera called Çalıkuşu, which is based on the Turkish novel “The Wren” by Reşat Nuri Güntekin.
Miranda Michno
Senior Exercise Science Major & Dance Minor
Miranda is from Claremont, California. She joined DHS to get more involved with the dance community on campus and the greater Chicago community, as well as a chance to participate more in dance events during the school year. She started dancing when she was 10 and her favorite styles of dance are modern, jazz and musical theatre though she does enjoy ballet from time to time. A fun fact about Miranda is that she can give a bang up campus tour because she was an orientation leader over the summer.
Raya Alicer
Senior Nursing Major and Dance Minor
Raya is from Los Angeles, California. She joined DHS because she wanted to be more involved in the Loyola dance community. Raya started dancing when she was 2.5 and her favorite styles of dance are modern contemporary, ballet and jazz. A fun face about Raya is that she hopes to be a specialized nurse, lead guitarist, professional dancer, and fluent in Spanish by the time she is 26 years old.
Sophia Seger-Pera
Senior Dance and Anthropology Major
Sophia is from Omaha, Nebraska. She joined DHS because she enjoys the chance to spend more time connecting with other dancers outside of class. Sophia's favorite styles of dance are jazz, contemporary and ballet.
Arielle McKeever
Senior Buisness Honors Marketing & Dance Major
Arielle is from The Big Apple (aka New York). Arielle started dancing when she was six and her favorite styles of dance are ballet, modern, and jazz. A fun fact about Arielle is that she has met the French President, Emmanuel Macron!
Naomi Alvarado
Senior Dance Major and Marketing Minor
Naomi is from Bensenville, Illinois and she chose to join DHS because she wanted to get closer with other dancers on campus and get in touch with our community by using dance. Naomi started dancing around 8 years old and her favorite styles are improv, contemporary and modern. A fun fact about Naomi is that she is a huge fan of Star Wars, Marvel and Harry Potter.
Merritt Stults
Senior Dance and Political Science Major
Merritt is from Indianapolis, Indiana and chose to join DHS because she wanted to make friends and connect with the community. Merritt started dancing when she was ten years old because she hit her head on a balance beam in gymnastics and decided to quit. A fun fact about Merritt is that she really likes scary books and movies and used to want to be a horror novelist!
Natalie Stegman
Junior Bioinformatics Major and Dance Minor
Natalie is from Cincinnati, Ohio and chose to join DHS because she wanted to be involved with the dance community at LUC! Natalie started dancing when she was around 7 years old. A fun fact about Natalie is that she loves to bake chocolate cup oatmeal cookies.
Sydney Osborne
Junior Dance and Visual Communications Major
Sydney is from the St. Louis area and chose to join DHS because she loves the emphasis on social justice and she wanted to get more involved with the LUC dance community. Sydney started dancing when she was around 4 years old. A fun fact about Sydney is that she has an obsession with Jeni's ice cream!
Gretchen Plinke
Junior Anthropology and Dance Major
Gretchen is from Columbus, Ohio and chose to join DHS because she wanted to work with more awesome Loyola dancers and benefit from the greater community. Gretchen started dancing when she was three years old. A fun fact about Gretchen is that she loves to make soup in her crockpot!
Olivia Scholin
Junior Art History Major, Drawing, Painting and Dance Minor
Olivia is from Marshfield, Wisconsin and chose to join DHS because wanted to engage more with Loyola's dance community! Olivia started dancing when she was three years old and she loves ballet and tap dance.
Milla Metlicka
Junior Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience Major and Dance Minor
Milla is from Boston, Massachusetts and she chose to join DHS because she wanted to get more involved with Loyola's dance program as a minor. Milla started dancing when she was three and her favorite styles are ballet, modern and tap. A fun fact about Milla is that she did circus arts from ages 8-15 and used to want to be in the circus.
Liv Rivich
Junior Psychology and Dance Major
Liv is from Whiting, Indiana and chose to join DHS because she wanted to become more involved with the dance community at Loyola as well as befriend more people. Liv started with ballet when she was four and never stopped. she loves ballet but also enjoys contemporary and modern techniques.
Sam Webster
Junior Molecular Biology Major and Dance Minor
Sam is from St. Louis, Missouri and chose to join DHS because she wanted to get more involved with the dance community at Loyola! Sam started dancing when she was five years old and her favorite styles are ballet, lyrical and contemporary.
Miller Tennant
Junior Dance and Exercise Science Major
Miller is from Nashville, Tennessee and she chose to join DHS because Loyola's dance program is committed to social justice work within the Chicago community, DHS provides a multitude of opportunities to interact and serve our local Rogers Park community. She knew she wanted to get involved in service during college, and DHS made it easy and fun to connect with fellow dancers and faculty while also engaging with our local community.Miller started dancing at 5 years old and has been passionate in her training since grade school. Miller enjoys genres of jazz, tap, and modern dance! A fun fact about Miller is that she has visited all 50 states.
Nina Jackson
Junior Dance and Biology Major
Nina is from Nashville, Tennessee and chose to join DHS because she wanted to spend more time with the dance community and get the opportunity to engage in more service work. Nina started dancing around 7 years old and her favorite style is contemporary dance. A fun fact about Nina is that she loves Hot Yoga and hopes to be a yoga instructor one day.
Caitlin Dyer
Junior Dance and Accounting Major
Caitlin is from Hudson, Ohio and chose to join DHS because she wanted to connect her dance education to the world and people outside of the classes she took. Caitlin started dancing when she was three and she loves contemporary, jazz and tap. A fun fact about Caitlin is that besides dancing she loves to hike, explore Chicago and spend time with her dogs Bella and Otto.

Junior Dance and Entrepreneurship Major
Emily is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and chose to join DHS because loves to dance and wants to use her passion for social advocacy and justice in her community. Emily started dancing when she was four years old and she loves tap and jazz. A fun fact about Emily is that she absolutely loves pickles!

Megan is from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and chose to join DHS because she wanted to build community in the dance field. Megan started dancing when she was five and her favorite styles are ballet and contemporary.
Caroline Cady
Sophomore Dance and Psychology Major
Caroline is from Rock Island, Illinois and chose to join DHS because she wanted to make connection with her fellow dancers and Loyola and make a difference in the community! She started dancing when she was three and her favorite styles are ballet and tap. A fun fact about Caroline is that her favorite place to visit is Walt Disney World and hopes to dance there one day!

Olivia is from Memphis, Tennessee and chose to join DHS because she really liked the mission and outreach opportunities. As a dance major, she wanted to be apart of an organization that allows for dancers at Loyola to come and work together. Olivia started dancing when she was three and her favorite style is contemporary ballet.
Karla Suazo
Sophomore Dance and Molecular Biology Major
Karla is from Indianapolis, Indiana and chose to join DHS because she wanted to do great things with great people. She started dancing when she was three years old and her favorite styles are contemporary and tap! A fun fact about Karla is that she is a very big anime fan.
Ariana Vadhera
Freshman Dance and Neuroscience Major
Ariana is from Dallas, Texas and chose to join DHS because she was excited to be apart of a group of people who put their passion for dance into action through community service and outreach. Being apart of DHS also allows her to bond with her fellow dance majors and minors in a fun environment outside the classroom! She started dancing at the age of three. Her favorite styles of dance are ballet and hip-hop/street dance styles. She also love performing and choreographing Bollywood Dance as well as other East Asian dance styles, paying homage to her Indian and Taiwanese heritage. A fun fact about Ariana is that she is pursuing dance and medicine concurrently because she believes that the two go hand in hand as there is so much to learn about human anatomy and movement through dance. Continuously practicing and exploring her abilities in dance allow her to prepare for a fruitful career as a future physician.
Zoe Holland
Freshman Dance Major
Zoe is from Denver, Colorado and chose to join DHS because she wanted to enrich herself in all that dance has to offer as well as doing important work to help the community. Zoe started dancing when she was three years old and her favorite style is ballet.
Cayla Skuran
Freshman Dance and Communications Major
Cayla is from Schaumburg, Illinois and joined DHS to get the opportunity to spend more time with the dancers at Loyola and be apart of the community they build as well as be able to have opportunities to give back to Loyola’s community. Cayla started dancing when she was three years old and her favorite styles of dance are modern and jazz. A fun fact about Cayla is that she has danced in Disney four times!

Freshman Dance and Psychology Major
Anna is from New Lenox, Illinois and all of the other dance majors inspired her to join DHS. She wanted to be in a community with others who have the same interests as her. She started dancing at the age of four and her favorite styles are contemporary, musical theatre and tap.

Neva is from Plainfield, Illinois and she chose to join DHS because she loves being a part of Loyola's dance program and wanted to find more ways to get involved with the community through dance.
Allison Kiewatt
Freshman Dance and Visual Communications Major
Allison is from Maple Grove, Minnesota and joined DHS because she wanted to get to know other people who share a love for dance and bettering the local community. Allison started dancing when she was around four years old. A fun fact about Allison is that when she isn't dancing she is usually in the kitchen baking!
